Fortune Coltalin Cold Tablets are one of the most trusted remedies in Hong Kong and Asia for easing cold and flu discomfort. Each tablet combines an antihistamine, nasal decongestant, and fever reducer to temporarily relieve the symptoms of the common cold, hay fever, and seasonal allergies.

Traditionally used for temporary relief of:

  • Headache, fever, and sore throat
  • Sneezing, itchy eyes, and hay fever symptoms
  • Nasal congestion and sinus pressure
  • General aches and pains

Active Ingredients (per tablet):

  • Acetaminophen 325 mg – pain reliever / fever reducer
  • Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg – antihistamine for congestion and runny nose
  • Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg – nasal decongestant

Directions

  • Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 2 tablets every 4 hours while symptoms persist. Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor.
  • Children 6–12 years: 1 tablet every 4 hours while symptoms persist. Do not exceed 5 tablets in 24 hours. Consult a doctor before use.
  • Children under 6: Do not use.

 Warnings

  • Do not use for more than 10 days (adults) or 5 days (children) unless directed by a doctor.
  • Do not use if taking or recently stopped taking MAOI medications.
  • Ask a doctor before use if you have glaucoma, heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or prostate enlargement.
  • May cause drowsiness; avoid alcohol, sedatives, and operating machinery.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor if symptoms persist, worsen, or are accompanied by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting.
  • If pregnant or nursing, consult a healthcare professional before use.
  • Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, seek medical help or call Poison Control immediately.
