E Mei Shan (Jako Kokotsu) Medicated Plaster is a trusted Chinese herbal topical for temporary relief of muscle and joint discomfort. Infused with camphor (3.1%) and menthol (2.6%), each plaster delivers soothing comfort through a warming–cooling sensation.

Traditionally used for temporary relief of:

  • Simple backache
  • Arthritis pain
  • Strains, sprains, and bruises
  • Minor muscle and joint aches

Directions

  • Adults and children 12 years and older: Apply 1 plaster to the affected area. Leave in place for up to 8 hours. Do not exceed 3 plasters in 24 hours.

  • Children under 12 years: Consult a doctor before use.

Warnings

  • For external use only.
  • Do not use on wounds, broken, or irritated skin.
  • Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
  • Do not bandage tightly or apply heat sources (heating pads, hot water bottles, or lamps).
  • Avoid placing on very hairy areas to prevent irritation upon removal.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor if condition worsens, symptoms persist >7 days, or if irritation, rash, nausea, or discomfort occurs.
  • For arthritis pain: consult a doctor if pain lasts >10 days, redness is present, or in children under 12 years.
  • Allergy alert: Contains natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
  • Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical help or call Poison Control immediately.
